Moja held a dialogue session on Muharam and its societal effects on the Iraq and the historical background from which the practices came from.
The dialogue was moderated by colleague Maytham al-Khalkhali, in which Dr. Muhammad al-Quraishi, an academic at the University of Kufa, presented a research paper on Ashura rituals, and on the other hand, civil activist Ali al-Sunbuli spoke about the relationship of rituals to the recent protest movement in Iraq.
